MVNO giffgaff has launched a new mobile plan aimed specifically at students.
The mobile plan is called ‘golden goodybag’ and aims to save students money on phone bills.
From today students are able to access a £10 goodybag which includes 13GB of data, which is 3GB of data more than giffgaff’s regular £10 golden goodybag.
This plan also includes unlimited UK calls and texts plus EU roaming.
To activate the goodybag, students need to head to www.giffgaff.com/students and activate their SIM by January 31 2022.
If ordered online a valid ac.uk student email address is required before activating.
However students without an ac.uk email address can also purchase the goodybag if they’re able to receive a ‘Dig-In welcome box’ at their university halls. These boxes include a free SIM, that don’t require a university email address.
