Exertis will distribute the recently released Nothing Phone (1) smartphone
Exertis has been named as the UK distributor for technology vendor Nothing.
It resembles a strong win for the distributor, which recently won the award for best device distributor at this year’s Mobile News Awards.
The partnership will see Exertis distribute the vendor’s phone’s and headphones in the UK.
Nothing launched its first smartphone, the Phone (1) earlier this week, aiming firmly at the mid-range segment, with its £399 starting price.
It features a glyph interface which has over 900 customisable LEDs and a transparent look, and boasts a dual 50MP camera.
“We are proud to partner with Exertis – one of the UK’s most established, and fastest-growing technology distribution experts,” said Nothing UK and Ireland general manager Ryan Latham.
“We believe in the operational strength and expertise Exertis demonstrates to support our launch of our debut smartphone – Phone (1) and our ecosystem portfolio as we establish the Nothing brand here in our home UK market.”
Exertis sales and commercial director for mobility and services Paul Jacobs added: “Nothing’s ingenious creativity could see them grow exponentially, and we are looking forward to working with them to distribute this contemporary technology.”
