Exertis has announced that Jonathan Sutherland will become sales director- retail, which will mean his role covers all consumer sales.
Sutherland has been at the company for 14 years and his most recent role was sales and commercial director for microsoft and gaming at Exertis’ Harlow’s office for the past 18 months.
In his new role, Sutherland will focus on creating cohesion between the Basingstoke and Harlow sales team and will strategise how Exertis structures the consumer sales business to maximise opportunities.
Exertis chief of sales Mike Buley said: “The teams at Harlow and Basingstoke will now report to Jonathan, who already has strong relationships with many of our customers.
“His leadership across Consumer will ensure we benefit from best practices across both Basingstoke and Harlow Consumer Sales teams, driven by his people-first approach and an easier escalation path for our customers.”
