Sony Mobile set to confirm both distributors have been retained following recent review, Mobile News understands
Data Select and 20:20 Mobile are understood to have retained their distribution deals with Sony Mobile following a recent review.
Sony Mobile began a review of its distribution strategy in July, after issuing a ‘request for information’ (RFI) to both existing and potential partners.
Mobile News reported earlier this month Micro P had been appointed as an official Sony Mobile distributor for the first time click here .
Sources close to Data Select and 20:20 Mobile told Mobile News they too have been informed their respective RFI’s were successful, and have been retained.
Neither distributor was available for comment.
