Unified communications provider chosen to be an O2 accredited partner after relaunching SpiriTel Mobile
Daisy Group has relaunched SpiriTel Mobile as the new Daisy O2 Centre of Excellence (CoE) partner. Service provider SpiriTel was acquired by Daisy Group for around £27 million in November 2010.
The team running the programme will be based at Daisy’s headquarters in Nelson, Lancashire and will be responsible for all aspects of account management, sales, specialist billing and reporting, and provisioning.
Daisy Mobile director Terry O’Brien (pictured) said: “The O2 Centre of Excellence programme sets demanding qualifying criteria, including excellent customer service and commitment to the business sector.
“Over the coming weeks and months we arte going to be focused on making the Daisy O2 Centre of Excellence a key part of the overall Daisy mobile offering.”
