Brand change for TalkTalk Wholesale to PlatformX Communications

TalkTalk Wholesale Services has rebranded as PlatformX Communications (PXC) and combined its Virtual1 and TalkTalk’s Wholesale Services and national network into the UK’s largest independent wholesale telecoms platform.

PXC has been operating as an independent company within TalkTalk Group since March 1st.

CEO Tom O’Hagan (main pic )commented: “The launch of our new company and our new brand underlines our ambition to offer genuine choice to the wholesale market, and builds on more than 20 years of dedicated investment and expertise developed through TalkTalk and Virtual1.

O’Hagan joined TalkTalk in March 2022. TalkTalk bought Virtual1, the wholesale provider he founded in 2007. He first integrated Virtual1 with TalkTalk’s Wholesale Services business, and then its network and security arm, creating PXC.
