Retailer has a two-month exclusive on the manufacturer’s first Android-run device
The BlackBerry Priv smartphone has gone on sale in the UK through Carphone Warehouse.
It is available online and in store on contract with an upfront cost of £59.99 at £39 per month with 6GB of data or £579.99 SIM-free.
Carphone has a two-month UK retail exclusive on the Priv, which is BlackBerry’s first mobile device to run the Android operating system.
O2 and Three have both confirmed they will not stock the handset, while sources at EE and Vodafone said they had yet to make a decision, although admitted talks were ongoing. They added any agreement would be for business customers only.
