Rugged vendor believes Fidelity Group will give the brand more exposure
TUFF Phones has struck a partnership with Fidelity Group that will bolster the business-to- business offering of the rugged specialists in the UK.
Fidelity Group’s prominence in the B2B sector made the partnership a good fit, according to TUFF Phones CEO Kevin Aspinall Nessling, with the full TUFF Phones range available through Fidelity Group.
The partnership follows TUFF Phones pairing up with retailer Get Connected earlier this year.
Aspinall Nessling said: “Fidelity Group is one of the biggest telecoms providers in this space and has a solid reputation, so it was an easy choice to partner. As strong channel providers, Fidelity will give us exposure that we didn’t previously have.”
Aspinall Nessling also added that he believes the TUFFMultiNet service can help the rugged vendor stand out.
This offering allows users to be switched to another network if their SIM-card network is down and helps overcome black spots.
“We believe our fit-for- purpose rugged device and the TUFFMultiNet proposition are powerful offerings for the channel and for the many workers that are constantly on the go, in particular in harsh outdoor environments,” said Aspinall Nessling.
