Lenovo has announced that its Mobile Business Group (MBG) has achieved a record 86 per cent growth to $1.54 billion.
The company achieved a pre-tax income of $21 million which is a record high since it acquired Motorola as part of its business.
Lenovo’s also revealed that market share in its ‘Latin America stronghold’ reached a record of almost 21 per cent.
Elsewhere, the firm posted its best Q4 ever for PC and Smart Devices with $12.4 billion in revenue, up 46 per cent year-on-year and profitability at an all-time high of 6.7 per cent.
