Lee takes up new challenge at TCL

Lee boasts more than 10 years of telecoms experience in marketing roles at a number of vendors

Industry veteran Wilkin Lee has returned to the mobile industry, taking up a new role at TCL.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Lee is now responsible for go-to-market at the one of the largest consumer electronics brands globally.

He boasts over 10 years experience in the mobile industry, having play a pivotal role in Huawei’s sub-brand Honor and Xiaomi’s entrance into the UK market in late 2018.

He also spent a year at Oppo in its infancy in the UK market between 2019 and 2020 as its business development manager.

Prior to TCL, Lee spent a year at field marketing group Gekko, as client services director.

His appointment follows TCL’s recent CES announcement and debut of their next generation display glasses “Nxtwear Air”, Mini LED TVs, wide tablet range and laptop.
