Orange has announced the launch of the industry’s first operator-branded 5G smartphone in Europe, the Orange Neva Jet.
The new release will retail go on sale in France on 21 November and will be priced at 899.90.
The smartphone features a 6.47-inch borderless screen with full HD+ definition, facial recognition, and a fingerprint scanner.
The triple-camera comes with a 48MP wide-angle, 20MP ultra wide-angle and 8MP telephoto lens. It will run on Android Pie OS and runs on the Snapdragon 855 processor and will include a 4000mAh Li-poly battery.
The Neva Jet is part of Orange’s ‘Neva’ range of devices which also includes the Neva start, Neva play, Orange plan to add further own-branded 5G smartphones to the range in 2020.
