Summary
We wanted to know what parental controls options are available when buying a tablet.
Saba at Vodafone was too lazy to even show the tablets she was offering, never mind giving a demonstration of the safeguards on the device.
Moh at EE tried to show them but brought out a tablet with no battery.
O2’s Madasar admitted his lack of knowledge around safeguards and didn’t try to show off the tablets either.
There was a long wait to speak with Andrew at Carphone but at least he actually knew what he was talking about, even if he didn’t bother to demonstrate the parental controls.
Not only did Carl at Three show off the safeguards, he also went the extra mile to find a great deal!
