The iPhone 6s has finally been released and Mystery Caller is thinking of buying one. But he doesn’t know what makes it different from the iPhone 6. Can the networks convince him to buy one? What deals can they offer?
5: Virgin
Julia was reading from Apple’s website without really explaining any of the jargon that she was talking about. This would confuse the average mobile phone user and it ruined her sales pitch

Lisa was very honest and told me that there wasn’t much difference between the two, apart from a slightly better camera, slightly faster processor and wider choice of colours. She said it’d be better to stick with the iPhone 6

She went through the specs very confidently and told me it has a fingerprint sensor, a 4.7-inch screen and Apple Pay installed. Her decent knowledge, honesty and enthusiastic manner cemented a fantastic sale

Summary
We wanted to know the difference between the iPhone 6 and 6s and whether we should get the new device.
Julia kept us on hold for frustratingly long amounts of time and still came back with no results. Her description of the new iPhone 6s was very vague and unclear.
Lisa from O2 was better and, although she could have easily lost a sale by telling us to stick with our existing iPhone 6, she displayed a reasonable amount of knowledge.
The EE saleswoman gave a good sales pitch and described the iPhone 6s in plenty of detail.
Ashleigh from Vodafone really impressed with her sales pitch. Not only did she have a decent knowledge about Apple’s new product, but also of Vodafone’s deals and bundles.
Mauraig from Three takes the crown, however, for her enthusiasm, expertise and confidence to push the Three brand in a way none of the networks were able to.
