England fans face extortionate charges for using their UK network in Brazil.
Those not checking before they go may be in for a nasty “bill shock”-related surprise when they return.
O2 won by virtue of its all-round consumer experience being of an exceptional standard on the day we visited.
Credit must go to almost all the other stores visited as, with brilliant honesty, the advice was to get a local SIM card and use that instead.
While cheaper calls are being offered in a host of worldwide destinations, calling rates in Brazil are still prohibitively high.
