Summary

T-Mobile’s Idris was enthusiastic and offered the best deal, but elsewhere the amount of data available was disappointing, with nobody able to offer anywhere near the volume required.

Orange’s offering seemed quite expensive, while both Vodafone and O2 were refreshingly honest about the limits of their range.

The biggest disappointment though was Three, which actually offers a very good deal on mobile broadband if only someone in store had bothered to tell me about it.
