EE stops selling Orange and T-Mobile plans online

Customers have to go in-store or ring the EE sales team if they want a 3G plan

EE has stopped selling Orange and T-Mobile plans and devices online.

As of yesterday (March 26) customers wanting a 3G plan from one of EE’s brands have to go to a store or call the sales team. They are also available through its official eBay shop.

The changes are part of the company’s integration of the two brands, which merged in 2012 to become Everything Everywhere (now EE).

T-Mobile now no longer has its own website. Instead, customers are diverted onto EE. The Orange website is still live, although Mobile News understands EE’s update to online services is ongoing.
