TalkTalk Business refreshes operations team

TalkTalk Business has refreshed its operations team and appointed Dean Giblin  (main pic) as Director of Operations, following its 2023 demerger from TalkTalk Group.

Giblin joins from connectivity, voice, cloud and security provider PXC, where he was Director of Service. He previously headed Partner and Alliances for Small Business at Vodafone.

She replaces interim operations director Romy Thorpe, who led the creation of a new target operating model after the demerger.

Giblin’s remit is to strengthen service delivery and embed customer-focused processes.

Other internal promotions include Dawn Curtis (Head of Delivery), Jayne Tighe (Head of Billing, Fraud and Collections), Michelle Prudhoe (Head of Service), and Katie Hughes and Simon Hickey (Partner Operations Performance).

The new operations team will be supported by a CRM platform designed to improve governance, streamline customer interactions, and enhance insight sharing. TalkTalk Business has also retained its ISO 9001 certification.

CEO Ruth Kennedy said Giblin’s appointment will build on the operational changes led by Thorpe and “take the business from strength to strength.”
