Envirofone takes phone trade-ins into Richer Sounds stores

Envirofone has partnered with Richer Sounds to let shoppers trade in unwanted phones and tablets for an immediate discount on TVs and audio equipment at the specialist audio-visual retailer.

The service has launched in six stores, with a nationwide rollout across 50 stores planned. A date for the wider launch has yet to be announced

Broken phones and tablets are also accepted. Trade-in valuations match those available directly through Envirofone’s website, with the valuation confirmed in store.

The partnership gives Envirofone another route to source used devices while offering Richer Sounds customers a way to reduce the cost of purchases without selling their technology privately.
