Three joins in Xmas iPad battle

Network operator Three UK is also to range the Apple iPad on contract ahead of Christmas, joining Orange and T-Mobile, and likely Vodafone also

Three UK is to offer the Apple iPad with subsidy on data contracts also, following announcement from Everything Everywhere this week it will make the device available with Orange and T-Mobile tariffs.

Vodafone is also expected to offer the iPad with subsidy ahead of Christmas, although it has not confirmed yet it will do so.

Three said in a statement: “Three UK will offer new purchase options for iPad users, including more affordable prices when purchased with a data service plan, for iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G models in the coming months.”
