Voda integrates Microsoft services

Vodafone is bundling Microsoft Online Services with its fully-converged fixed/mobile voice and data solutions.

Microsoft Online Services is a suite of subscription solutions such as synchronisation programme Microsoft Exchange Online, bespoke intranet programme Microsoft SharePoint Online, IM widget Microsoft Office Communications Online and web/video conferencing
tool Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

Vodafone group global business services director Tom Craig said: “By combining Vodafone’s fixed and mobile communication services with Microsoft Online Services we can provide all elements of a fully hosted communications solution, delivering agility, flexibility, productivity and choice to customers.”

The Vodafone bundled solution will launch in the second half of the year. The partnership will extend to integrate Vodafone Voice Services and Virtual PBX also.
