Voda dealer pay calculator crashes

Vodafone’s commission calculator for direct dealers crashed last week, forcing the network to pay estimated commission to partners.

Vodafone immediately acknowledged the fault to dealers after its crash on January 7, and said it would pay an estimated sum based upon previous payments.

It is understood only Vodafone ‘premier partners’, paid on a weekly basis, were affected and that outstanding payments are to be rectified over the weekend.
