Virgin tops broadband speed test
Virgin Media broadband came first in last month’s speed test conducted by Broadband.co.uk.
The test carried out by site users indicated speed is influenced by time of day.
O2 was pushed into second place with average download speed of 6.097 Mbps, with Virgin Media clocking 6.157 Mbps. Orange trailed well behind in third with 3.111 Mbps.
