Samsung to double Irish team
Samsung will double its Irish mobile team to 10 staff as it targets top spot by next year in the Nokia-dominated market.
Samsung Mobile UK and Ireland vice president Mark Mitchinson said roles will be created in sales and marketing.
He said: “We need people on the ground. Running it from the UK is a flawed concept. Our performance in Ireland is extremely strong.”
