Brightstar talks of airtime plans

Brightstar UK told its IT resellers today at a partner event of its plans to offer airtime alongside its handset distribution.

The distributor has 12,000 resellers in both IT and mobile.

It has yet to give details of timescale and what operators are involved, although Mobile News understands that it had established relationships with all.

Brightstar Europe business development director Max Caballero said: “We will be doing mobile connections in the UK soon.”
