Angus Dawe departs Data Select

Phones International business development director Angus Dawe has left the company after four years.

Dawe, who founded UniqueAir in 1991, has had a number of positions within the mobile industry including managing director at 20:20 in 1998, and chief executive at Unique Distribution before joining Phones International in 2006 as managing director for distribution with Data Select.

He is understood to have left the company, initially, for health reasons. Sources close to Dawe have said he intends to return to the mobile industry shortly.
