Boland’s appointment follows recent addition of non-executive directors
Digital Wholesale Solution has announced the appointment of former Addison Lee Group CEO Andy Bolland as its chief financial officer.
His appointment follows the recent addition of Paul Walker and Damian Sanders as independent non-executive directors.
Boland’s appointment will see him supporting the DWS leadership team as part of its independent growth strategy, along with leading the finance function at the company.
He has previously spent five years as CEO at Addison Lee Group until March 2020. Prior to that, Boland worked for the Automobile Association (AA) for six years, where he was CFO.
Boland has also previously worked as CFO at TNS, a former FTSE250 global market research group.
