Nokia to launch Vodafone services

The deal will provide high-speed access to all of Vodafone’s Internet and entertainment services as well as Nokia’s Ovi platform. It will also give customers a greater choice of communications, browsing and content across a range of 3G handsets.

Under the agreement Vodafone will also get exclusive rights to a number of the new handsets.

Vodafone global chief marketing officer Frank Rovekamp said: “This is a logical step for Vodafone to make, further improving our customer experience with many of the services already launched with leading Internet partners.”
