Summary

The service from 3 was really impressive, from the atmosphere in store to the consultative sale though to the demonstration. It was a rounded and attentive performance from Hannah.

After a slow start, O2 found its feet and gave a decent show. Vodafone was Nokia-centric, and left me suspicious of how the proverbial carrot was being dangled. Carphone might have been the arbiter of good advice but the manner and apparent disinterest in the sale stuck in the craw. The other one was forgettable.
