GER: Nokia signs Brightstar
Handset distributor Brightstar has struck a distribution deal with Nokia for handsets and accessories in Germany, Mobile News understands.
Neither party commented. But the deal allows Brightstar’s long-held distribution deal with the Finnish handset maker in Spain.
Brightstar Europe boss Rod Millar has pursued a Nokia contract as a matter of course.
The Germany deal will spark rumour of a deal between the pair in the UK imminently.
