Mystery Caller is after a new phone with a decent camera on a £25 a month contract, ideally with around 300 minutes, unlimited texts and some data allowance. What could the networks recommend?
=5: O2
That’s a pretty big amount and stretching my budget a little too far. But she recommended the X10 over the Vivaz Pro, despite the extra cost

Summary
This was a week when all the networks could score highly with some simple product knowledge and a smattering of pleasantries, which most did.
Virgin Mobile’s Marvin scored highly for building a picture of me and my needs and tailoring a package to suit, as did David at Orange. Nicola at T-Mobile displayed similar aptitude.
Vodafone’s Laura faltered when it became clear she wasn’t going to secure a sale then and there, almost forcing my bank details from me in order to close a deal.
Both Phil and Julianne from Three and O2 respectively let themselves down by disregarding my price range and working within their own parameters as they sniffed out a sale.
