Summary
A decent performance from most of the CSAs, though James let O2 down with his lack of interest and knowledge.
Virgin did relatively well in recommending a contract for use with my own tablet, even if it wasn’t able to o er any devices over the phone. However, that didn’t quite make up for Harsi’s poor knowledge of what products are out there. Three did better due to good knowledge and a huge data package.
But in the end, it was T-Mobile and Orange that o ered by far the best combination of appealing packages, devices and customer service, with T-Mobile just pipping its stable-mate to the top spot with that extra explanation about often-confusing ‘fair usage’ policies.
