Ex-Toshiba Mobile boss Jeewoth joins Huawei

Med Jeewoth appointed as terminal sales account manager to work alongside channel manager Ian Hicks

Former Toshiba Mobile UK and Ireland country manager Med Jeewoth has joined Huawei as terminal sales account manager.

He will work alongside Huawei channel manager Ian Hicks on the Chinese manufacturer’s open market and distribution operations.

Jeewoth led Toshiba’s entry into the mobile market when he headed up the company’s UK and Irish operations for almost two-and-a-half years between January 2007 and April 2009. Prior to joining Toshiba, he was a senior account manager at Nokia for five years.
