Summary

It was an average performance from the CSAs, who despite the opportunity the task presented, failed to bite when it counted.

Rowley at T-Mobile sounded almost asleep for the entirety of the phone call, while Orange’s Kerry didn’t answer a single question that the task presented her with.

Jo at Vodafone, despite the fact she couldn’t sell me a phone there and then, could have helped out more; and Mandy, Although very nice, was way off the mark with the phone she presented me with.

Karen at O2 put in a strong performance, but in the end was no match for Three’s Ruta, who swept away all the competition with a top-notch CSA performance.
