Summary
Some CSAs stepped up to the plate, while others gave a truly lacklustre performance. Three continued with its strong performance of late but was pipped to the top prize by T-Mobile.
Sophie from O2 could have done a lot better, while Melissa from Orange didn’t put enough effort into the request.
Leanna from Virgin showed initiative despite her wacky SIM-cutting idea, while the mystery CSA from Vodafone did well despite his aggressive tone.
Three’s Lindsay was very polite at all times and delivered a stellar performance on behalf of her operator. She was, however, just beaten to the top spot by Dave from T-Mobile, who combined a polite manner with quick thinking and a thorough performance.
