Mystery Caller has been given an HTC One X for his birthday and wants to make the most of having a fast smartphone. He wants to make a lot of calls, but more importantly he wants as close to unlimited data as he can get. What can the networks offer?

I wonder how long they will keep the message about the recent outages playing before they decide they want everyone to forget about them

She put me on hold, presenting me with some especially funky music. I wasn’t prepared for the bold tactic she came back with

It was all a bit lacklustre, and I think Anna could tell I wasn’t impressed. She didn’t put up much of a fight when I said I’d have to look elsewhere

Summary
None of the CSAs performed terribly this week, though it was a relatively simple question. The only surprise was how many were limited to offering just 1GB of data.
O2 and Orange offered poor deals with limited enthusiasm, while Vodafone only did slightly better by explaining a complex offer decently.
T-Mobile o ered the best package, and Lee was enthusiastically informative, but his pushy close was enough to push him off the top spot.
Three were straight to the point, and had a decent unlimited package to back up their confident manner.
But in the end it was Virgin, with an uncharacteristically competent performance from Christina, who won with an innovative pitch.
