Mystery Caller can no longer take the fuss around the iPhone 5. He wants one on prepay and is prepared to splash the cash. Will the networks have any in stock and will they try to turn him on to a contract?

After I had explained my query, Ola asked: “Have you got an iPhone?” No, Ola, that’s why I want to buy one

Summary
This Mystery Caller produced mixed results, but what was worrying was the lack of prepay iPhones available.
Orange’s Ola was useless – his questions and replies were completely pointless. Virgin’s Joy wasn’t a lot better, and her recommendation of a Samsung Galaxy S II in comparison to an iPhone 5 was very strange. O2’s CSA couldn’t recommend me any iPhones on prepay as O2 doesn’t stock them. He also didn’t give me much detail.
Sue at T-Mobile put in a steady shift but was let down by the stock on offer from the operator. Because of that, Aaron at Three pipped her to second place.
As hard as I tried, I couldn’t fault Angela at Vodafone. She gathered all the right information from me and showed the right level of hunger to gain a sale.
