Abzorb has appointed Bradley Holmes as its service delivery manager.

Holmes has been appointed to onboard new channel partners and help the Brighouse-based unified communications and mobile services provider grow existing partnerships.

He has been at the firm since 2011 when he joined as an apprentice. He has previously held roles including customer care representative, internal account manager and most recently customer care team leader.

Holmes will work closely with resellers to identify growth and new business opportunities, while also delivering training programmes.

Holmes said: “I started at Abzorb as an apprentice, moved into an account management role for the direct side of the business and then most recently led the customer care team and headed up training.”

Abzorb head of indirect Mark Riddell added: “Bradley’s appointment as service delivery manager is an important step in our recently enhanced channel partner programme which demonstrates our commitment to partners that we will be working closer with them and strengthening support at all levels.

“Unlike traditional channel programmes we have eliminated complexities and kept it simple and robust providing assistance tailored to resellers’ specific requirements.”
