Phonebox to launch franchise scheme at start of December; targets companies inside and outside telecoms industry
Phonebox Communications is to launch a franchise scheme, and is targeting its first location for December 1. The programme will target companies both inside and outside of the telecoms industry.
Companies will use the Phonebox brand and will also have access to the Solihul-based dealer’s range, marketing and commercials. Phonebox is looking to roll out the programme to eight geographical locations in the UK.
Managing director Nigel Harrison said: “We’re looking to retain some control but give the person the keys to their own destiny at the same time. It’s moving away from the acquisition of bases and into a constructive means to grow the business. Our brand is strong and the support is good.
“All franchises will be sales-led as opposed to mobile dealerships, so we’re looking for people that can build trust in the market place we sell to.”
