HSC will hold a ‘Deal Clinic’ for its O2 stockists at The Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire on October 13
Airtime distributor HSC is to host a ‘dealer clinic’ at The Grove Hotel in Hertforshire on October 13 to give its dealer partners an opportunity to meet with specialists from both O2 and HSC and to gain advice on securing new business and retaining existing accounts.
Dealers will also be able to gain increased knowledge on new products by O2. The main focus of the day will be around reducing churn, with customer satisfaction and relationship continuity being key.
HSC sales manager Carlos Pestana (pictured) said: “It’s proven that the more stockists interact with their customers throughout the term of a contract, the less likely the customers are to move away to another supplier when the contract ends, as they feel that their business is important and the stockist understands their needs.
“We have a dedicated retention team in addition to our account and regional managers. Our aim is to work efficiently to highlight early on in the process all customer accounts that can be re-signed, and to provide our partners with comprehensive spend data while demonstrating where additional revenue share can be made by up-selling suitable products.”
