Orange sets capped business tariff

February 3, 2010

by Sarah Forsey (sarahf@mobilenewscwp.co.uk)

Orange launches a new fixed-price payment plan for large business customers to set their monthly bill in advance

Orange has launched a new fixed payment scheme for its larger business customers which allows companies with more than 500 phone users to fix their monthly bills in advance.

The new Corporate Capped plan allows larger businesses to pay a pre-agreed fixed monthly fee according to their mobile phone use. The agreed plan will include a set number of inclusive minutes as well as a variety of other extras including roaming minutes, international direct dial calls, SMS messages and UK data allowance.

Orange will work directly with customers and analyse each companys mobile usage individually before agreeing on the correct plan for them. Once decided, businesses can then review their plan on a quarterly basis.

Corporate Capped has been introduced to help larger companies manage their budgets and to simplify the billing system by channelling all costs to one service centre through a single bill. The plan reduces unpredictable costs as companies can budget for each month in advance.
