Vodafone Group has rebranded its enterprise division to Vodafone Business following its 2019 Global Trends Report.
The report surveyed over 1,700 businesses worldwide and found that trust and the ethical reputation of a business is thought to be key to success.
Ninety three per cent and 92 per cent of the business leaders that responded said they felt they are expected to act ethically by their customers and suppliers respectively. Eighty three per cent also felt that acting ethically generated more revenue but over half (55pc) said that retaining customer trust is a concern of theirs.
The report also found that business leaders are becoming increasingly aware of the wants (93pc) and needs (85pc) of their customer with 76 per cent adding that they think their business is becoming more powerful.
