Vodafone platinum partner to begin selling hosted product through resellers next year, targeting 10,000 connections in 2014

21C Telecom will launch its own in-house hosted telephony solution, ‘HALO’, in January.

The product includes call recording, call reporting, agent performance reports, bespoke auto attendant, mobile twinning and a dealer web portal for instant call routing changes. Pricing for resellers has yet to be confirmed.

21C Telecom launched the service internally last month and sales are already in their hundreds. Managing director Richard Hunt (pictured) said the firm is looking to add more than 3,000 extensions next year, more than trebling that figure to 10,000 in 2014.

21C Telecom head of converged solutions Kathryn Watson leads the team overseeing sales of HALO and is currently developing marketing material and order processes for resellers.

HALO adds to the fixed-line solutions 21C has sold over the past five years – Digium Asterisk IP PBX, Feature Plus, Horizon, My Inbound and IP Cortex and standard PBX.

Hunt said: “This is the biggest growth area over the next three years in the telecoms arena and will enable users to overcome a range of issues. HALO enables us to deliver a feature-rich, flexible solution that is commercially viable to our clients.

“Our resellers will benefit from dealing with a small, dynamic provisioning team. We have a ‘can do’ culture and will offer bespoke pricing with equipment subsidies where value can be brought to
all parties.”
